Under Opioid Misuse: our Medical Director will only have us send 10 tabs of narcotic home with patients and we make a f/u Dr. appt with their community Dr. following discharge so that PCP is in control of patient's narcotic usage once they are home

Super Utilizers can sometimes be diverted to Urgent Care for more appropriate level of care. We always use post follow up ED calls for patient edcuation
